We all did those paint by number kits back when we were kids right?  I usually ended up with a weirdly colored horse or bird.  It became a kind of a cultural joke I guess.  But Stila has created a Color Wheel eye shadow palette that along with it's very detailed how-to booklet, effectively re-invents the paint by number concept for your eyeshadow!

The booklet goes into great detail for different looks and provides a numeric map for corresponding shades  so that you can literally build up the exact look you have always dreamed of.  It's a great idea and I wonder why more companies don't jump on this bandwagon.  Look fabulous ladies!
